Victim Impact Statement

Consumer health data

We don’t collect consumer health data. This page is the notice that Washington’s My Health My Data Act and similar state laws ask websites to publish.

What we collect

Nothing you write here reaches us, including anything about your body, your health or your feelings. It stays in your browser on your device.

The only personal information we keep is an email address, and only if you choose to leave one so we can email you once when the download is ready. We don’t use it to learn or guess anything about your health.

Where it comes from and why

The email address comes from you. We use it to send that one email, then delete it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell it or give it to anyone else to use. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores it for us.

Your rights

You can ask whether we hold your email address, ask for a copy, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@victimimpactstatement.com. We reply within 45 days. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we answer appeals within 45 days. If we turn down your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General.
